What is Hypertension?
If your systolic and diastolic blood pressure (BP) is too high (≥140 & ≥90 mmHg) respectively then you are labeled as hypertensive

What is Systolic Blood Pressure?
The first number represents systolic BP (Pressure in blood vessels when the heart contracts or beats)
What is Diastolic Blood Pressure?
The second number represents diastolic BP (Pressure in the vessels when the heart rests between beats)
